Our Complete Digitizing & Document Management Solution includes following products

  • ScanCraft Dual Mode Books & Document Scanner : Scans all types of printed, bound publications such as books, magazines and more, upto A3 page size (420mm x 297mm) and flat documents such as newspapers, manuscripts, any types of sheets and more, upto A2 size (594mm x 420mm) and creates digital documents (images and PDF files). Scanning can be done manually or by timer based automated mode. The post-processing features of the scanning software produce excellent quality, ready-to-use, ready-for-OCR (Optical Character Recognition) digitized documents in 99% of cases. No additional manpower, hardware or software required for external post processing. This significantly reduces costs and time.
  • Webgenic eLibraryPlus Server: When you scan a large number of print documents into digital documents (images and PDF files), you need a software to efficiently manage these documents. We address this need by offering Webgnic eLibraryPlus Server which is a Document Management Software. It fulfills all document management needs of digital documents including the ability to store, catalog, categorize, search, distribute, display, protect and much more.

Installation, Training and Support
(Applicable for ScanCraft Scanner & Webgenic eLibraryPlus Server)

Training for installation & operations

The Installations are user-friendly, simple & easy:

  • ScanCraft Scanner: Our scanner has been designed for modularity, has easily attachable and removable components that makes it extremely easy to install physically. The scanner shipment includes a pre-assembled scanner base and separate user-attachable components. The scanner software is pre-installed, configured and tested on a built-in/integrated PC; therefore, there is no need for an external PC and no need for software installation.
  • Webgenic eLibraryPlus Server: The eLibrary server package includes server hardware. The eLibrary server software is pre-installed, configured and tested on the server hardware; therefore, no software installation is required. The server hardware simply needs to be connected to the power outlet by power cable and to the hub/switch/network router with a network cable.

Training Options:

  • At our office location (Pune, India): Each product includes free 2 days training for installation, operations & hands-on workshop for client's team at our Pune (India) office location. (Free 4 day trainning applicable for the complete solution)
  • At client's location (optional): If the client requires training for product or solution installation, operations and hands-on workshop at their location, they are available for an additional charge for the services of a two-technician team, including travel & accommodation. Estimates will be provided.

Support

Includes free one year support for following:

  • Services (remote support via phone, email & login): Help for users for operational issues, troubleshooting in case of software failure, troubleshooting in case of hardware failures, help for installation, configuration in case of hardware component replacement.
  • Software (remote support (via phone, email & login): ScanCraft software updates (whenever available), for demo/help for new version/features etc.
  • Hardware Failure (for components manufactured by Webgenic Technology Solutions): Replacement components (new or repaired) will be provided at no cost to the client.
  • Hardware Failure (for 3rd party components): Please see details of support for 3rd party components below

Support for 3rd Party Components (e.g. Camera, PC, Server hardware):

  • Governed by their manufacturers’ (or supplier's) warranty. Most products have a 1-year or longer warranty which includes free repair or replacement of parts.
  • We provide the necessary help, information and coordination to get the support for third party components from their manufacturer or supplier.
  • Exceptions: If any fees are charged by the manufacturer's (or supplier's) service center, original invoices are submitted to the customer as proof of transaction and/or direct payment.

On-site Support (Optional):

  • On-site support visits by technicians are available whenever required on chargeable basis, for the services of a two-technician team, including travel & accommodation. Estimates will be provided.
